A very good place to have your car repaired. I have been taking my vehicles there for many years and have always been very satisfied with the work they do. The staff is very friendly and are very accommodating to their customers. They do extremely good work and stand behind it. I will continue to take my vehicles to them as the need arises.

Tripp had my car for a month. I'm sure the damage , which was only a cut in the hood of my car did not take that long to repair. I had to rent a car ,which cost me $495.00 for a week and then borrow people's cars because I am on the city council here in Albion, the planning commission, calhoun county land bank, and Rotary who were all having end of the year wrap up meetings. I called and asked if I.could get it until you were ready to do the repair and was told no my car had been taken apart . I had to wait from December 26 until January 25th. I had been told by my brother in law that you did excellent service and he came with me. He apologized to me but he had used the lansing Tripps. The car repair was good, the timing of repair cost me too much.

Asked for driver door handle touch system To be repaired at time of service. Team asked me to purchase handle and pay for install upfront. Did this and unit still does not work

I was disappointed with the fact that my brakes were now bad. Considering the front end damage they would automatically checked brakes for safety reasons

An important review of the brakes did not happen. The front of my car was a mess. When I picked it up I noticed the brake pedal went down to the floor. I felt like I was given a car I felt was still damaged. Who doesn’t check safety features on a front end damage car?

I only had a mirror replaced, but it had to be painted, and the paint had a blemish in it. Staff buffed out the as best they could, but it’s still there. I asked for an adjustment of the price of the paint and have not heard back from them yet. And with the business no longer being locally owned, I’m not sure how much I would recommend them. Staff was helpful and courteous, but I’m waiting to hear back on my adjustment.
