I would have appreciated when I emailed or texted to get a response and did not. This was in replying to an email thread and a text thread. I had to call to find out what was going on, with my job it is not easy to make phone calls.

A slight problem with Engine Light coming on & off after receiving Car. Also somewhat related to that was lights on the dash (speedometer & radio) becoming very dim. (off & on) At night not being able to see. Took the Car back to Tripp's & the response was it was something they could not fix. Car runs well and looks good & other lights except dash lights work well. Not sure what I'm going to do. Probably get an opinion from a Car Service place.

Excellent repair work. A deer ran out in front of me and smasshed the front of my truck. I thought it was going to be a total loss. The pros at Tripps were able to get it put back into its original state. You cant even tell it was repaired The repairs took some time, but I do not mind. I would rather wait fpr quality than rush sub par work. Great job!

Needed 8 work days for the repair. Then another 2 days. Car was delivered with trim hanging off. Tech came out and popped it back on. Wife went to pick up our son. When he got in there was a loud pop from the front passenger door. Wife took car back. Needs a new fender. How did this car ever pass inspection for delivery?
