I noticed a flaw in the repaint and Tripp’s immediately said they would repair it. I appreciate that they don’t try to rip people off. They were willing to be flexible with us so we can get the car as soon as possible

I appreciate that every time I talk with someone at Tripp's, they are telling me the truth. One time we brought in our car and they said what we were asking for wasn't worth doing rather than trying to sell us their product or upcharge us

I intentionally took my car to trips because I liked getting the car vacuumed out while it was there. I even took out the car seats and extra stuff to make it easier. I guess that changed when the business sold.

The staff was great and patient as I was anxious about it all. They repeatedly explained how things were and didn't mind me asking repeatedly for it explained again. I can't praise them enough for the wonderful treatment that I had.

The repairs took longer then we expected & the updates wasn’t the best but I’m very happy with Kent for taking time to see what was going with the truck & explaining everything that went on. I also appreciate Josh for paying our deductible because of everything as well.
