They touched up stone chips, they used black on a blue finish. I had to point it out to Tom, he had it fixed. But wouldn't you think that some one would have looked the finish over when the job was done?

Should have never said it was ready...Quick to take my deductible before showing me the work....was not satisfied....so had to come back 2 days later for them to fix their mistake

Not happy with the lack of communication regarding not fixing my windshield, was never told it wasn’t going to be fixed til I asked when paying for everything. It was blamed on the adjuster. Also don’t like the text system stating car is expected to be done “ this date” then minutes before the day is up you realize you have the wrong parts. Tom did work hard to expedite things. But was still frustrating when paying for rental and trying to plan things.
