Everything went very smoothly until it was time to pay my bill, there was some confusion initially about how the insurance payment was taken care of. I was originally told that the insurance company sent me the money for the repair work and I was responsible for the entire balance, and after some sorting out, they finally figured out that the insurance payment had been paid to Tripps after all.

Everything was fine with the body work, but there was quite a bit of confusion on what was paid by the insurance and what I owed, but they got it figured out after a few phone calls back and forth between me, and the insurance company and tripps.
