So far, Tripps has been fantastic. The repairs on car have not been fully repaired yet. This is not due to Tripps Collision- a vital part for the repair was delivered damaged. We are waiting for a new part to complete the repairs.

Horrible experience. I will be letting friends and family know about how I got scammed. You guys had my vehicle for nearly 2 months. Horrible commmunication and employees getting hired and fired mid job. Wrong parts ordered and many deadlines were told but not met. My truck was involved in ann accident and your employee told my insurance it was not caused by an accident.

They weren’t necessarily bad, just questionable.

The first shop I took it to said it could be bumped out. The second shop decided to replace the quarter panel and kept the car for over a month. First guy might’ve been wrong, but hard to say. Even with the extra work, it seems like it took too long. I had to pay out-of-pocket for my rental when it got over 30 days.
