Logan, the estimator was very helpful and patient. The cleanliness of the waiting room and the entry way left a lot to be desired. It did not reflect the appearance of when I visited Tripps in the past. It was the same way 2 Days Later. Not a good first impression.

Was supposed to be done by 4/06/26. Had a run around on replacement of my windshield and nobody even contacted me about it. Updates I got said everything was on schedule and didn't hear anything the day it was supposed to be done. I had to call to find out they where still waiting on parts so how is the update right? It wasn't. I finally get to pick up my Ram my gas tank is empty and the belt or something is squealing. As I'm driving home my brakes don't feel right. Like not wanting to stop and soft or air in the break lines.
