Repairs were done exceptionally. The communication was excellent with texts telling me of the status and updates when needed. I would've been 10 but didn't find out until the day of pick up that Tripp's no longer does the deductible or rental car promotion that always had me going to ypu no questions asked.

I am happy with the repairs that were made to my car but I requested a couple of other repairs that were not covered by insurance but I was willing to pay for myself that were ignored and no reason given. Disappointing 😞

We took the car to Tripps as we have done in the past for two reasons: They did good work and we didn't have to pay the 500.00 deductible in the past. They still do good work. But we may not choose them in the future without the added benefit.
