My trucks wiring was somehow damaged during repairs They stated it had a recall on computer sent me to a Gm dealership only to confirm there is no recall love it when Tripps hide in the closet on problems!

They work completed on my car looks very nice. The paint was exceptional and you can’t see where it was blended. No one would know there was work done on the car. Thank you for taking such good care of us and our vehicle.

The reason for the lower rating regarding recommendation is that I'm not certain I would recommend Tripps since the sale of the business & the new company removing the incentive to cover up to $500 of your deductible or a rental car. One of the reasons we have always used Tripps in the past is because of this incentive & the fact that we were supporting a local business.

The repair work is great. You can’t argue that. But somewhere else would likely do it cheaper and you wouldn’t have to deal with the customer service runaround and the lack of communication involved.

I only received communication if I called for a status update. The communication I did receive when I called contradicted itself and clear estimates of time for repairs could not be given. I was never able to find out where my car was in line for paint. I was told the person that gives estimates could not leave the counter to find out and when he called back he said no one answered and there was no one else I was able to speak to. So most of the time, I had no idea when to expect my car repairs to be completed.

My wife & I were very much pleased with the way the car looked--like an almost new car when it is in fact 14-1/2 yrs old and 223,000 miles and still gets 27mpg around town. We plan on driving it for 300,000+ it will make-it Toyota 2011 Rav4 LTD

Had the quote quickly and approval from insurance. We set an appt. Parts were ordered. Everything came in as promised only one running lite bezel had to be replaced and that came in the day after I picked the car up and close by I stopped and took less than 2 mins. to get the part and snap it on. No problems since car rides smoother after front end hitting a buck. We were fortunate.
