The staff at Tripp’s Collision on NorthEast Street in Lansing were a pleasure to work with. I found each and every person I encountered to be knowledgeable and proficient in carrying their job assignments. Jimmy Tripp proved to be a competent and effective leader. I was kept informed about the progress in regards to the repairing of my vehicle. I was apprised with the communication between their shop and my insurance company. Lastly, I was impressed with the relationship between Tripp’s Collision Shop and Budget Rental Car Company. I was very pleased. Tripp’s Collision Shop is a company I hope not to, but if necessary will again use for repairs to my vehicle. Customer service was excellent. Automated texts for updates were a nice touch. Not a 10 because it took longer to get my car back than I was quoted. Also, all of my stuff in my center console was shoved in my glove box. I didn't expect it to be put back how I had it but it was just unexpected and confusing because no one told me.

Personnel was extremely friendly and timely. The only challenge was in the change of personnel and communication between that led to extra time on our part to have the repair completed. We had to come to the shop for a second time to get two estimates and had to make arrangements for pickup within an hour of closing time on a Friday evening due to a late notice of completion.

Brought in my Impreza for a smashed in door. They found me an OEM door for a decent price. It’s as good as new and I can’t even tell it was replaced! I would definitely recommend these guys!

It's always something my parts were not even and they lied to my insurance and said my car was a salvage car with a total loss and I purchased the car like that I would love to see the proof of that it doesn't exist!! Buy my fault for taking it to the the owner no one of the owners is rude skinny bald head guy the other one is quite decent o just took it somewhere else and had it fixed properly life's to short..
