The work done (front bumper) was more complex than first thought, but the situation was handled appropriately.

Rear quarter panel scrape and rust were supposed to be repaired along with the bumper job. A clear and separate estimate was given for this work. However, when the vehicle was picked up, the rear quarter panel work was not done. Instead, a plastic pillar piece above the area was replaced instead, which was never discussed (but was apparently cracked according to the agent). Since the front bumper job was the main focus, I will forgive this as a simple oversight. But it does mean a return trip to the shop to get the body work done, and I paid for something that I didn’t ask for or agree to.
