The work was completed in a reasonable time. The car looks brand new. Very satisfied! The staff was very friendly and even were able to drive me home when I dropped off my car. The process went very smooth.

I think there was some accidental scratches on the truck that werent originally there, but no big deal. Nothing serious. Tri star was busy but they got my truck back to me as soon as they could, nice people and great service

Everyone I had interacted with was very friendly and professional. It didn’t take long to get an appointment for the appraisal and my vehicle was scheduled to go in within the time frame I was given. They found additional damage once they started working on my vehicle but kept me updated on the progress. They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I would definitely recommend TriStar Indiana
