Your staff does not pay attention to customers. Leave them waiting at front window looking around for someone to help. It happened to me and the couple after me. Overall your employees appear to have low job satisfaction. Therefore it is difficult for them to treat your patrons like they matter. Your staff is not rude but it is obvious that they really don't care about the customers' experience. I would not purchases vehicle at your dealership because the same apathy is probably there too.

You guys did an awesome job on the back bumper and rear light that was cracked. It looks beautiful. On another note, my van has been having issues with starting since I've gotten it back from you. I turn the key & then...nothing happens. It's like it resets itself. All the radio stations get erased & the clock goes back to 12:00 when it does restart.
