The people at the location were nice. I did have a few issues when picking up the car. I arrived to the location asked to do a test drive to make sure that the car is running smoothly. I didn't get the chance to ride a car, as soon as I got to my car I began checking the entire car. When I open the trunk I saw that the trunk was not cleaned out. So the man saw this and told me he was going to clean the car up, which he did. I didn't get the chance to do a test run because I really was running late for work so I ended up paying the service fee. I received my brand new keys and went straight to my car. Before I can even drive off the lot the rearview mirror was not there, It was missing. I didn't notice that he didn't notice it. We just realized that the person who stole my car took the rearview mirror off. So instead of driving my car back to work I had to leave it at the shop so they can give me an a replacement for my rearview mirror. They did give me a rearview mirror. I did not get the chance to drive the car back. The associate drove my car to my job in Duluth and we exchange keys and he dropped off my rental for me. I really do appreciate that. But when I got off work and started driving the car back home, I realized that the car alignment was not right. So the very next day I called and asked to have my alignment done for my car. Before my car was stolen, I did pay for an alignment for my car. In the car was running fine. But when I called and asked for this service, the associate told me that they only responsible for replacing the parts to the car. I believe that if you're going to put new parts to your car or anything you do you have to make sure that the product is installed properly and securely and make sure that it runs smoothly. When the associate drove my car from powder springs to Duluth Georgia he had plenty of time in between time to make that adjustment before he dropped off my car. I do appreciate the fact they took the time to get the parts to replace it for my car. I do know there's hard to come by nowadays. But when it comes to installing new parts to the car you should always check and make sure that you fix issues before installation. Other wise you will have to do double the work.

Triumph AutoCollision LLC was so responsive and did a great job with fixing my car after an auto theft. They kept me updated via text and had my car available before the estimated time of completion.
