Tualatin Auto Body’s work on my car was quite amazing. The rear quarter fender had to be replaced on my Audi and it was a surgical operation. The car looks as good as it did before the accident. Also, everything about the experience went smoothly. There were no hiccups. There were no complaints. Just solid results, thank you.

I thought staff great! It just seemed to me they could have ordered the parts initially /sooner instead Of dragging it out over 10 days. This caused me to mistrust the process, dragging it down to them replace when they could just “ fit me in”. ( the day it got in the shop recognizing what needed done & been proactive in getting parts, so then I didn’t trust their process. Oscar gave me info when I called for status, though. I felt they should have taken it apart to evaluate everything, then just ordered parts, replaced in timely matter as they received them. Crystal is a great voice of yours for being efficient, remembering me , very pleasant.

Once again Tualatin Auto Body knocked it out of the park! I knew i made the right choice to come back. Some years ago my very Limited Edition car was hit, i met Les and he gave me a tour of the facility so i could be rest assured that my car was in the right hands. They did such a great job and i had a great experience. This time my truck was rear ended and i didnt hesitate to call Tualatin Auto body. Elijah took care of my claim and made the whole process fast and easy. He said it could take a week but if they run into more damage when they disassemble, it could take 2. They got it done in 4 Days! Looks great, all my sensors are fixed, tailgate works perfect, good paint & clean gaps. 10/10 Highly recommend! 🤙🏽

Itemized list states a license plate frame was installed, it was not. bottom of front bumper on passenger side had wrong clip in it that came out and driver's side is missing. States that frame set up and measure was done, would like the data for this. Also, no notes that an alignment was done or if it needed one.
