Took my car in to fix scratched paint on a single door through an insurance claim, but ended up with even more scratches than I came in. My car had only 7k miles on it and was unwashed. Caliber team took it upon themselves to do a very poor job at washing my car in preparation for the job, they produced so many swirl marks and debris was obviously dragged on the paint as well. They also left my interior piano black trim scratched. Speaking of interior, there was also weird white powder all over the door frame and also in the driver seat, looked like chalk or some compound dust. There is no way this should be considered good service. Just because you get my car in and out of the shop quickly doesn’t mean you did a good job.

The only reason I didn’t give you guys a 10 is my car hasn’t totally cured and we haven’t washed it to make sure that all the colors match. But everybody was very helpful and I appreciated their time and effort.

Maybe just a little more communication. The text messages I was receiving weren't all that accurate. The other thing is, a little more attention to detail when doing the final was and clean on the car before handing it over to the owner. I noticed when I got the car home, that there were many areas that could have been cleaned alot better. Example there was dirt and debris and leafs in the gallery of the windshield wipers are. Still a ton of dirt on the back hatch to the trunk area. The final clean on the exterior of the car looked very rushed, but the inside of the car was perfect.
