"My only complaint was the content of the communication. It was either very generic on the way to completion, or saying it was waiting inspection with a tentative release date of 128 or 129 only to change the next day to 1212 without an explanation. If something changes or something such a having to redo something because of a defective part, then the communication should have stated just that instead of just changing the date. I should not have had to ask why the change was made but instead should have been your 1st communication to me once the defective part was discovered. Also, by saying on the way to completion could literally mean anything.....the new part was received, installed, or the car would be ready for release that day. As is, I had no clue at what stage it was in. On the day of release, the communication was literally nothing more than what I was told the day before, and when I received confirmation of completion less than 3-4 hours later, the communication should have been more clear. In closing, when you give someone only 1 12 hours to pick up the car on a Friday afternoon with no weekend pickup available, and then order LYFT transportation that came back with the message no driver available, you left me scrambling for transportation. Thankfully I was able to get my neighbor to bring me up, but only at an additional expense to me. In the end, the repairs were done within 2 weeks, the car looks nice, but the bad taste left in my mouth over poor communication and lack of consideration of pickup logistics seems to outweigh any good feelings I may have with the actual physical work. Would I recommend Caliber, probably not based on the above. I personally think the text left Friday afternoon was discourteous to a customer that had been drug along all week with vague information. You encourage the customer to calltext with questions, but when they do, you leave them with a less than open and honest response." Read less
