The only downside was the delay between drop off and estimated finish, but I absolutely understand that delays happen -- I was kept updated, often by the hour, with percentages of completion, and received phone calls and messages when larger delays or questions arose. Loved every interaction I had, so appreciated the shape my car was returned in, and I will gladly reccomend your services!
