We were unhappy that it was never explained to us that there would be additional costs for a pre/post scan that would be billed to our insurance. This was not anywhere on the estimate or explained. Just didn’t like coming in and having to sign papers that said I would be responsible for a few hundred extra dollars if my insurance didn’t pick it up. People were all friendly but missing info is never good.
