The shop has been in our family since 1993 when we first moved to Tucson, AZ. We have enjoyed living in the beautiful Sonoran desert for the last 23 years and have become a part of the community. Customer service was great. Repair work was not great. Bumper misaligned. Unattached Door seal was laying in the car and was unable to put back on correctly. Tough paint job, but I'd give that a 8 out of 10.

Our car looks amazing! Just as if nothing ever happened to it. Tucson Auto Collision was extremely customer friendly and kept us in the loop through the entire process. They communicated with our insurance and eliminated the hassle of us having to do so. We couldn’t be more happy with their work and will recommend their service to anyone seeking vehicle repairs!
