The only thing that was frustrating was that when I came to pick up my car I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at the shop. Maybe list your office hours for 8am and not 730am? Other than that, everything was great!! Thanks

I will never take my car anywhere else! I had some pretty wicked extenuating circumstances around this $12,000 sideswipe. Jessica in the office and Doug made this so much easier for me. Their compassion and understanding is something I haven’t seen in a long time and they were true to their words. They stood up to the plate, they completed my car in a more than reasonable time and I don’t believe the work could be any better. It’s one of those things where you know it! You know when you find a place where you’re gonna stay. Because of Tucson Auto collision. I will never have to look anywhere else .
