The shop has been in our family since 1993 when we first moved to Tucson, AZ. We have enjoyed living in the beautiful Sonoran desert for the last 23 years and have become a part of the community. I took my SUV to get fix and they didn’t do anything to the vehicle. Worst experience I’ve had they just took the money for nothing and blamed the insurance!

Where to begin ... Obviously someone enjoyed my car stereo while my car was being repaired. All my fm stations were changed, my favorite sirus xm station was replaced with a mariachi station (wtf? Seriously Juan?) the car was returned with a broken horn with ZERO follow up as to when (if?) It'll be repaired. The weirdest thing was when i received a call from Henry ... " HI your car is finished, well except for your front end emblem. We're having a tough time getting it, have you gotten the check from your insurance company yet? You wanna come pick it up ? You can bring it (the car) back once we get the part ? " Seemed like they desperately needed the money, why else in the same sentence I would be asked if I got the check from my insurance company and you can come pick up your (incompleted) car ?

Everyone was very polite and explained what they had to do to repair my car. Chris and Joe always took my calls. I only wish that it was done faster in the end but I recommend them 100%
