The shop has been in our family since 1993 when we first moved to Tucson, AZ. We have enjoyed living in the beautiful Sonoran desert for the last 23 years and have become a part of the community. The repair to the car was excellent as always! I have taken my car a few times. Let’s just say this cat has bad luck when it comes to getting into accidents. The only complaint I had this go around was the lack of communication. It started from the time I made my appointment till I actually picked it up. I went for 2 weeks with no idea what was going on. I would have appreciated even just an update saying they were waiting for parts. Otherwise the workmanship was excellent!

Like mentioned before, lack of communication was very strong this experience. I have been here a few times for car repairs. But this time was totally me left in the dark. I know with the pandemic getting materials can take time but even an update is appropriated. In the past that wasn’t a problem

My only complaint is the car was filthy. Supposedly it had been washed. There was fine dirt everywhere like from sanding. It has taken me two trips to the car wash
