The shop has been in our family since 1993 when we first moved to Tucson, AZ. We have enjoyed living in the beautiful Sonoran desert for the last 23 years and have become a part of the community. I have never felt so professionally cared for. My 2012 car with such an unusual color was matched perfectly and exactly as they estimated. Jessica, kept me informed as though I were one of her family. TJ was very easy to work with. I feel as impressed with my car as I was when I initially bought it in 2014. I am impressed with everything while my car was being repaired. From the moment I brought my car in and TJ came out gave me the estimate (after putting all the info into their system), I was impressed. Jessica kept me updated via texts every couple of days. They were right on target to the date it became ready. When i saw what wonders they did to my care, I was in awe. It is as though I just drove it off the dealership. My car is a Lexus, 2012 and a Daybright yellow. I cant speak highly enough of my entire experience with Tucson Auto Collison.
