The shop has been in our family since 1993 when we first moved to Tucson, AZ. We have enjoyed living in the beautiful Sonoran desert for the last 23 years and have become a part of the community. Gave me my car back with a my back tire at 24 psi. Also didn’t check any of the issues i told Henry about the day I brought in the car. Like how electrical wasn’t the same and I feel like my car needs an alignment which they didn’t check for either. It’s only been a week. Going to see how it drives the next few weeks.

Would have been a 10 if it hadn’t taken an extra 4 days. It was not their fault, the windshield installer did not come and then he brought the wrong size. They did cover the extra days for the rental.
