I am beyond impressed with the service from this body shop. I selected this shop to have my vehicle fixed (as the result of an auto accident) because I used to live in the area so I was familiar with that particular location. Before I made the appointment (the day after Thanksgiving when most shops weren’t open due to holiday) I was immediately taken back by how friendly and concerned the individual to whom I had spoken was when he learned that I had been in an accident. The drop off was scheduled for the following Monday. When I arrived at the shop the car was deemed unsafe to drive. Shortly thereafter I acquired a rental from Hertz. By way of text messages I was kept abreast of the cars repair progression. On the day that I was scheduled to pick the car up it would’ve been after the shops closing hours due to my work schedule. One of the business associates waited for me after closing time on a Saturday to allow me to drop off my rental and pick up my car. This meant not only did I not have to alter my work schedule Monday (when I originally due to pick my car up) by coming in and staying late, but I didn’t have to take my car to get washed-mind you that’s what it needed before it went in. Their team detailed the car-inside and out completely. I cannot be more pleased with this shop and the excellent service they provided.

The team at Turi did a truly fantastic job in repairing my vehicle. They were professional, friendly, efficient, prompt and reasonable in price. They also washed my car and vacuumed the interior. I am very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repairs!
