The work they did on the car to fix the damage from the accident was fine, but they did an inspection of the car that revealed it had problems, and they never informed me until I picked up the car and it gave me problems, so the service wasn't good. They wanted me to pay for the towing and inspection of the car.

Passenger side rear tire has a side wall gash in it, prone to blowing at any time, wheel also has damage on it. I was never notified of the damage being unfixed due to insurance, I was allowed to drive off lot with a tire close to blowing. My custom trailer hitch was also broken by staff.
