My scheduled appointment was 6/1. On 6/2, I saw that my car was still in the same spot. I called to inquire. My keys were still in the drop box from when I dropped my car off on 5/31in the evening. So the receptionist said that would push my eta from 6/4 to 6/5. I called to check on the status on 6/4 and she said it looks like my car is in reassembly and it should be done 6/5 or 6/8. I called on 6/8 to check on the status and was told I needed a new fender and that it was ordered. I asked was there an eta on when the fender would be delivered and was told some time that week. I received a call on 6/11 that my car was done. The lead person experienced a medical emergency so that may be some of the issues however better communication of the status of my car would have been appreciated. They did wash and vacuum my car.

My truck is back to predeer condition. The staff that I interacted with were amazing and took great care from beginning to end. The only thing I had any issue with was dropping the truck off fresh from filling the gas tank up and picking it up down to 1/4 tank. That was unexpected and not pleasing. The rest went well.
