I have been to your shop many times and have sent well over a dozen people to you. The last time this car was there, the repairs were definitely not up to the work you have done before. This time we picked the car up and the entire passenger side head rest was dangling, the seat On the passenger side is scratched up and dirty, it looks like someone took the seat out and used it somewhere else. Enterprise is now telling us that the rental car has the front fender dented after we left it there. I’m not sure what is going on……..

Being told that the head rest was like that when it definitely wasn’t isn’t a good solution . When the quote was done it would have been noted, you cannot even use the seat….
