The last repair shop that state farm recommended before twin lakes did a great job on the first vehicle, on the second vehicle the hatchback fell off the car 900 miles away when my daughter was on leave. I am not sure if auto insurance is like health where you invoice one amount and get billed another or whether the products used by one shop are so.much cheaper than another one. It appears my choices were to only use what state farm wanted me to. I will probably be looking for another insurance company later this year.

They need an answering machine or voicemail when they decide not to answer the phone. It is super annoying. Are they closed, gone home for the weekend or just on another line. Then calling you back on a number you didn't leave them. Communication by just text messages doesn't work for all

They could not get the parts is why it took so long….the shop has changed hands since I used them before…cannot explain but just not pleased with my experience!!! They gave me an itemized bill and it has a 75.00 charge on it for towing…they did not tow my truck…I drove it to them…so I have no idea where that can from??? Steven B Compton
