The whole experience was amazing. The quick initial visit after the deer encounter, the way you coordinated insurance and rental car,the way you took care of the extra work so the headlights matched and the daily updates while the work was in progress. It was painless and didn’t interrupt my time at work… and the car looks great! Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend you to anyone who needs body work.

The repair was excellent. The truck looks fantastic and they even did the inside vacuuming blowing out any dust like I felt like the inside of my car got detailed as well as the outside couldn’t be happier.

I like that your office team is very courteous and knowledgeable, especially about the process of working with insurance companies. Also, I like that the office lavatory is neat and clean, which I think may not be the norm for many auto repair locations. Lastly, which I mentioned elsewhere, please forgive my nerdy questions to the receptionist about who is responsible for the rental car up to the time it is picked up by Enterprise (modern life causes unnecessary paranoia!).

You did much more than I expected and it is all greatly appreciated. The dent is gone, of course, but I think you also buffed an area nearby where a plastic garbage can had run again it AND the inside of my car was cleaned in a way my house vacuum can't get it cleaned. All is greatly appreciated.
