The tire was incorrect but they fixed that. Unfortunately that required a return trip and about a total hour of my time (drive and wait). To be fair they offered to pick it up but that timing did not work. The overall timeline of repair was better than expected. They have a system somehow connected to State Farm that did give some incorrect timelines which was a little frustrating. I was told this was not their system and was State Farm’s. It did create significant confusion on how long the repair would take but Nick was kind enough to explain the actual timeline when I called to collect the car per the text I received. Upon pickup I was not prepared for the fact that they do not accept personal checks. That resulted in a credit card fee as I had no other choice. I probably missed th"
