The work that was done was satisfactory I guess but the timing wasn’t good. It took too long and the first set of parts wasn’t right and or was wrong , second time around to get parts wasn’t right and had to reorder parts a third time and all of them didn’t show up on time and then finishing the job was pushed back 3 times … this is a dealership where things are supposed to be on point . Meaning right the first time…. But I will say this ….Brinson Ford sold me that mustang when Tyler ford would never sell me a car at all… I appreciate your work but timing wasn’t bad ….i hope that y’all can improve customer service and your sales department needs to quit being so stiff on financing and y’all need to start ordering mustang gts with the predator motor with the 5.2 liter bad boy and financing needs to be easier and your prices need to be cheaper

The repair work was impeccable, I could not tell where the scratches and dents had been. The paint job was great as well, and on top of that, they washed my vehicle. They cleaned it inside and out. Thanks Tyler Ford for a job very well done.
