The paint is bubbled or ran. The bumper is not on straight and my car was returned with a busted windshield, which was not broken when taken for service. I am so angry, the horrible workmanship and the broken winshield is just not acceptable. I'm so disappointed that Tyler Ford would allow such a thing to happen, terrible workmanship in the body repair and allow my windshield to be broken in the process. I'm certainly not satisfied and have not had the "experence" of the Tyler Ford commercials. You sure had no problem taking my payment for so called body shop repair and then return it WITH A BROKEN WINDSHIELD !!!!!! the adjuster never put forth the effort to contact me about my car. I always had to contact him and sometimes I wouldn't get a call back until 2 days later. he always left the business of the rental for the last minute and I would have to call the insurance company knowing that my car would not be ready. should have been more on top of his game

I've had three vehicles repaired there and this will be my last. I never felt good or happy. I felt as if I should feel privileged that y'all would even work on my car and the lair bit really pissed me off. Then you add in all the additional issues and I couldn't in good faith recommend Tyler Ford anymore. It should be noted that I did before this experience.

The items were replaced and fixed, however there were several issues. My wheel was scratched (later repaired). My front emblem was wet sanded and buffed for some reason (looked like it was scratched). Two bolts holding the snorkel for the air box were left completely loose. The brand new A/C condenser has a dent in it along with a scratch in the lower air damn. There car has also developed a howl at certain RPM's now which I have not been able to locate. I just feel like the repair was done without care. Parts were replaced and the keys were returned.

My initial visit for an estimate was fine. The pickup was fine too. Things went south when I got home and found the damage to my wheel. I immediately sent an email about it. When I stopped by to show the damage I was basically called a liar. I was told that it would be fixed although though didn't believe they did it and he had failed to take better pictures. I was very mad when I left but at this point I wanted my wheel replaced. I had no reason to lie and the damage was done while it was in your possession. The repair was agreed to before I brought the wheel to you facility. There was absolutely no reason to tell me at that point that Tyler Ford wasn't responsible and I was lying. That was unprofessional and rude.

Too expensive for repairs. Simple ding and scratch repairs are way too expensive. You don't need to disassemble the entire truck to fix a scratch. That is what drives the cost if repairs thru the roof. Would not recommend tyler ford for ding and scratch repair. If this wasn't covered by insurance I would not have used you guys. That's just not right. John McCaleb
