A walk thru of the car was not required when picked up. The vehicle was unsafe to drive when returned to us. Both the front driver and rear driver tires had bulges that were quite noticeable.

You do good work. Used you 3 times and recommend you. Only issue on this last time the interior wasn’t vacuumed also floor mats not cleaned. I went back and they took care of it

With the New Year's holiday, I did not get an update on the progress on my car, only to find out the week following that it was done and I got to bring it home that Tuesday. It would have been nice to have a little more of an update, they said I would get one on that Friday but I did not.
