Everyone was very kind but I dropped the car on a Monday and was told we would be called with an estimate for the insurance work and another estimate for damage unrelated to the accident. Never heard from anyone Monday or Tuesday. I called on Wed and was told I would get a call. I did I NOT. I called on Thurs and was told my car is in detailing and paint even though I was told no work would commence without my wife or I being provided an estimate. I asked about an estimate for the unrelated damage and was told he would call me back. I did. It receive a call. I called again on Friday and was told the car would be ready on Sat. I asked again about an estimate for unrelated damage and they said they would take a look and call me back. No call back. I picked the car up and and the accident damage was fixed nicely but I still had the other damage. Very frustrating.

Always had to call in to get updates. Was told many times that I would be updated. These updates never came and I always had to call in and check on the Jetta.

Unfortunately I've had two accidents, but fortunately I took my car to Unicar. Their work is top notch, all the staff are very friendly and attentive and work gets done on time or ahead of time.
