Employees lied to me saying the tech who worked on my car was going from car to car so they have lot of cars so it takes more time i explained i know how this industry works you get a work order for a certain car that work order has what's called flag time which is how long it takes to complete said work order after asking for the employees name and the date he got work order it took 5 minutes for him to admit he lied to me i asked to speak to the manager after speaking with Sean the manager things only got worse this shop has caused me to lose no less then two weeks of work because of there illegal behavior weeks later I went to do my break job and I couldn't get the lug nuts off my back right tire the one uni body had replaced because they didn't use a torque wrench to put my lug nuts they used an impact gun I use my torque wrench to see how much over the 85 lbs they went unfortunately my torque wrench only goes to 200lbs so it was over 200lbs which could damage my rotors so I called Sean to let me know he started screaming at me saying he's techs do t have to use torque wrenches and that he is going to sue me this is the worst shop in California
