As a consumer, you DO NOT have to use any of the body shops on the insurance company's list. The bumper looks great but the lift gate that replaced my old one doesn't look all that good. Plus the brake light that's on it isn't working. Finally my car registration tag looks like it's been peeled off

I came in to pick up my car from Union Park Collision and I was told to take a look at my vehicle to make sure if the work done was to my satisfaction. The damage that was made to be repaired was done successfully, however; my front bumper had a fresh scratch as well as my fog light on the driver side was pushed in. These damages were not caused by me and appeared to have taken place hours before me picking up the car. I find this true due to the fact there was yellow paint around the scratches that rubbed off on my fingers when I rubbed against the scratch indicating the damage to be new. Person in charge made allegations that this was not their fault and perhaps I could have made this scratch or the auto spa may have made it. After arguing with the person in charge at Union Park Collision he stated to come by next Wednesday to repair the New damages that were made on my car. I came in that Wednesday at the time specified and was told that they were not able to take the vehicle due to not having a rental ready for me. Frustrated because I took off time from work to drive to the scheduled appointment I had that Wednesday I then become inconvenienced by how the person in charge handle the situation. Stating they gave me a call to advise me of the late schedule change, yet I never received the call. Will never do business with this company again.
