We have all the special tools and equipment that is required to handle the repair. We use the procedures from the manufacturer to repair your vehicle safely and back to factory specifications. Although, I was not crazy about the 4 month wait to get my car in to be repaired , I am very pleased with the repair. I was also surprised and pleased with the detailed cleaning on the front and back seat ares. I wish the detail would have extended to the rear compartment (SUV). No complaints here.

I am giving an 8 instead of 10 because of the lack of communication of how the jobs going. I got 1 message that you received my car on day 1. Then I had to call after 10 working days to get a status. 10 days with no update is unacceptable (even if it is a waiting on part or a human to work) keeping a customer up to date is paramount.
