Your vehicle is one of the largest investments you will make and it should be treated as if it were being repaired at the factory. We are certified in many makes and models along with aluminum and carbon fiber. We have advanced training that you only get from the manufacturer that built your vehicle. We have all the special tools and equipment that is required to handle the repair. We use the procedures from the manufacturer to repair your vehicle safely and back to factory specifications. We will go over the repair with you in detail so that you understand everything. All of our work is guaranteed with a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own your vehicle. Th BMW Store recomended you i came in for a leak in rear floor i was looked at then i was told they saw what was going on but had to drop liner i set appointmen came back and picked it up told they didnt find leak i ask is its fixed was told the put water on it and could not find a leak. I call after the next rain its leaking i paid 300 the first time was told they would call me back and ser a time i was suppose to bring it in today had to cancel becouse had lack of people at work so i could take off to bring it in not happy

Only problem is I’m now missing a piece by my gear shift. I don’t understand why it’s gone because I only had the door worked on. I have a photo of what it’s supposed to be. It’s the auto hold button. I also have a photo of it gone.
