Your vehicle is one of the largest investments you will make and it should be treated as if it were being repaired at the factory. We are certified in many makes and models along with aluminum and carbon fiber. We have advanced training that you only get from the manufacturer that built your vehicle. We have all the special tools and equipment that is required to handle the repair. We use the procedures from the manufacturer to repair your vehicle safely and back to factory specifications. We will go over the repair with you in detail so that you understand everything. All of our work is guaranteed with a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own your vehicle. Unique collision does great work. This was our third vehicle repair with the shop, and this is always the case. This time because of circumstances beyond their control, it was a much longer experience. After making an appointment for repair three months after the incident, it took approximately two months for the repair to be completed. Unique unfortunately had to pick up my car rental after my insurance ran out. I appreciate that so much, and am beyond grateful, but I wish I had known the status and situation with my vehicle sooner. I dropped my vehicle off knowing that the shop was busy, but under the impression that the parts would be there, and I would have my vehicle back quickly. Days turned into weeks, and it wasn't until nearly 30 days after drop off that I called to check the status of my vehicle, and was told the situation. I understand that this supply issue is not the fault of the shop, I just wish that I was called and informed of the situation when it arose.

I was satisfied with the body work, but my car smelled like mildew when I finally got it back. I had to take it to Allen Toyota to have it detailed due to the mildew smell... which cost me $168.00
