My biggest concern is that the noise it was making after the accident wasn't adressed even though the car was there for an extended time. I drove it and heard it 3 times in the following hours. I plan to bring it in for a test drive when I can, but it is very inconvenient to do with working and since I no longer have the rental.

Had my car been returned without interior dust and the odor issue addressed I would highly recommend Unique Collision. Unfortunately that was not the case and I am disappointed.

Unique Collision for the most part was great to work with. Their office staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. My car repairs look great and were completed in a timely manner. My one big disappointment was the lack of proper cleaning to the interior of the vehicle. The entire back panels and door of the interior were left covered in some kind of shop dust. Perhaps from sanding. Worst of all is that over a week later a strong odor still remains and makes driving the car very unpleasant. I have to transport my son to and from school. Beyond that we aren't using the car because the odor in the vehicle makes it uncomfortable to be in for any length of time. The shop told my husband I must be sensitive. We strongly disagree. You don't have to be sensitive to smell to notice that the odor is overwhelming. None of us want to be in the vehicle. Prolonged exposure makes your head hurt!

Customer service was great up until repairs were completed. We followed up to ask about the strong odor in the vehicle and were told we must be sensitive. The odor is normal and that it takes time for the paint to cure. We understand the odor is probably typical. But what's not typical is to have to purchase charcoal filters to help eliminate odor and clean up shop residue left behind in the vehicle ourselves.
