We were unaware that our bumper was gonna be replaced and when picking up the car, the bumper was replaced without our consent. During initial inspection we were told that we were able to keep original bumper and the bumper only needed a paint job. I feel like big decisions like this should be discussed with the owner of the vehicle. We want to know if this replacement was original Honda parts and worry replacing a bumper unnecessarily can cause the value of the car to go down.

Initially it wasn’t clear why our bumper had to be replaced bc we were told it was repairable and no one was able to answer our questions on the day we picked up our car which was pretty frustrating. However, Vartan called the following business day and answered all of our questions. We were happy they used original parts and the repair itself was great.
