There are some small dots the painted area, and there are visible marks of the polishing on the painted surface as well, for this reason I’m not satisfied.

I’m not satisfied because on the painted surface there are several small dots as of dust. I don’t understand how that could’ve happened. I asked the person in charge if it were possible to correct the issue, and he said that nothing could be done.

I would give them a 10 throughout, but asking for my Identification when I picked up the vehicle was acceptable but scanning my Identification to their system was not acceptable and I did not like this procedure. Also my passengers window was left partially down causing my vehicle to be wet inside on the passengers side from the heavy rain.

I was completely satisfied with the repair. With the damage my vehicle I received I could not believe what an excellent job the shop did and I was even more pleasantly surprised that they even detailed the entire vehicle for me.
