My experience at United collision was incredible. They went above and beyond in finishing my car repairs. They even finished early before my estimated completion date! I returned to find a car that looked brand new! They detailed and washed my car as well. Friendly service and very professional. I received frequent updates while my car was being worked on, and never felt out of the loop. Highly recommend! I hopefully won’t be back but if I’m ever in an accident again this will be the only place I’ll go!

I received amazing customer service here! They listened to what I had to say & explained everything to me so well that I hardly had any questions. Kimberly & Daisy were pleasant & were efficient during drop off & pick up. Vartan is a real stand up guy. He went over the process of fixing my vehicle & what to expect. Not only did they do a really great job, I got it back 2 days earlier than expected. I felt that the staff took almost no precautions to protect customers (or even each other) from potential Coronavirus infection. When I came for my estimate, the staff was entirely masked. But after I'd agreed to the total and I dropped the car off, and later when picked it up, nobody was wearing masks inside. Some employees put them on when they went outside -- ironically where transmission is less risky. The person who pulled my car up was not wearing a mask or gloves as he was handling a vehicle that I was immediately expected to drive. I had to disinfect my vehicle myself in the driveway before I drove away. Coronavirus cases at the time were spiking in Los Angeles and daily infection rates were their highest yet. I was disappointed that United Collision did not take this seriously.
