We provide a high quality level of customer communication throughout the repair process, including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. Our shop is compliant with Autowatch, which sends pictures and details of repairs throughout the progress of the repair. They did an impeccable job! The car looks brand new again! Seriously, the service was unparalelled! From the ease of them handling all of the insurance stuff, the fact that they set up a rental car and had it there waiting for me when I dropped my car off, they excellent about keeping me informed as to what was happening at those times with the repairs, to going the extra mile and getting me a reimbursement from the rental car place because I, yes I not they, made a mistake and paid for something that I didn't know I didn't need, to the professionalism of every employee I interacted with there! I was treated with respect, thry were honest, and again did an exceedingly great job overall! I would reccomend University Collision to EVERYONE looking for body or detail work! Even if I were to have to pay for repairs out my own pocket I would still definitely go back there because Scott the owner, went through the bill for the insurance with me and I can tell you, they have awesome and very competitive rates! And please don't let me forget Kassidy, which is who I was dealing with to 90% of the time, she is truly AMAAAZING! She's knowledgeable, kind, fair, funny and deserves 12 stars out of 10! Thank you University Collision, you got me back on the road in style! You cannot tell my car was ever damaged! Oh, and they even cleaned it, inside and our when they were finished! Top notch work!

It took more time than I was originally told. I was told there would be updates, but the first update was initiated by me. Other updates were that they didn't have all the parts and didn't know when they would get them. And when I picked up my vehicle there was a line of residue of some sort on the front windowshield. I do like that my vehicle was cleaned up on the inside and that as soon as it was finished I got a text.
