We provide a high quality level of customer communication throughout the repair process, including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. Our shop is compliant with Autowatch, which sends pictures and details of repairs throughout the progress of the repair. They kept us updated several times a week and delivered it to us on time which was unexpected with the usual delay that happens with these kinds of project. We are very impressed!
