We provide a high quality level of customer communication throughout the repair process, including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. Our shop is compliant with Autowatch, which sends pictures and details of repairs throughout the progress of the repair. Great job. You guys were great. Service was good. People were pleasant. Quality and timeliness of work was also good. Only bit of feedback I’d give is to QA the cleaning…there were a couple of dirt or grease marks on the driver and passenger seats. Small and washed out easy, so no biggie.

I wish I had been notified about wether my car was totaled sooner. I was under the impression that it was totaled so I put a lot of time into looking for a new car only to find out a few days later that my car was getting fixed after all

I would definitely come here again if my car needed work. I was impressed with all of the employees, who not only walked me through the insurance and repair process, but also did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. This is definitely the place to go.

After my accident, I originally went to a different body shop to get an estimate for insurance. They did a quick walk around and gave me a number I wasn’t sure how they got given how fast they looked at my car. I later took my car into University Collision, where they did a significantly more in-depth inspection of my car, walking me through what it looked like had happened and what they would probably have to do going forward. I felt much more comfortable going with University Collision after those two experiences, and I’m glad that I did.
