My car is pulling to I left . It did not do that before the accident. I feel this company should align my car however they said because the wheel or tire was not hit. Insurance won’t pay for the alignment. I feel they didn’t catch this issue when they were servicing my car.

The seal at the top of our rear load door was off and not replaced and so the rear door wasn't closing. I had to fix the seal myself after getting the van home.

There was little to no warning that the van needed to be picked up immediately less than a couple of hours before closing time and no time to get things set up to pick it up. We had prior obligations that we didn't have time to reschedule and were told we had to pick it up in a tiny window of time, without clear indication of when it would be done in advance, or we would be charged extra for leaving it there over the weekend. They need to handle end of week pickup situations better. The van wasn't cleaned because we were told that the insurance was being told it was "finished" even though the buffing hadn't been completed. The van is repaired, but doesn't look good.
