I am very satisfied with the work but was a little disappointed that they wanted to charge me additional fees for a part that came in that was not the correct part. The gentlemen that was working with me handled everything and waived the extra charge. I felt very welcomed by the 2 ladies at the front that greeted me when i came in and made me feel at home. Unfortunately the gal that is the first person representing your business is a rude person! She turned me off both times I entered your facility. She needs training or replaced in my opinion.

The receptionist is overbearing! They should under no circumstances talk to customers the way she did to me when I entered the office. I was told with no respect to put my mask on. Does no one understand who the customer is? A “please” would have gone a long ways. Everyone else besides the gal furthest from the entree door was great!
